Empowering Home Away From Home's Youth Through Education
Youth Programs: SCHOOL BASED
We provide customized mentoring programs that Engage you in three key areas of impact, self exploration, career, exploration, and career planning and management. Our approach incorporate resist resiliency strategies into daily practices to support long-term development.
Program effectiveness is measured through protective factors and has consistently demonstrated success by reducing social, isolation and fostering collective empowerment amongst youth.

Our team believes that family involvement and strong school, partnerships, improve student achievement, reduce absenteeism, and restore parents confidence in their children's education. We are committed to supporting schools and community organizations by helping them, engage parents and families and meaningful, fun, and interactive ways.
Our customize activities can be tailored specifically for parents or designed as engaging experiences for the entire family.

Our team provides multilevel interventions, grounded, and a social ecological framework that aligns with our mission to uplift individuals and communities. This framework is designed to positively impact the environment and well-being of Baltimore city residence across all ages.
We focus on four key levels of intervention: individual, interpersonal, community, and organizational. The movement team applies a logic model, and a theory of change to guide the design, management, and evaluation of our programs, ensuring intentional and measurable impact.
